Terms Conditions

Terms and Conditions for making a booking

  • 50% deposit is required before arrival to confirm the booking. If no deposit is paid your booking will not be held.

  • Proof of payment can be sent via email or WhatsApp, details as follow:

  • On arrival ALL GUESTS are required to pay any outstanding amount in full.

  • When checking in guests are required to have their ID, Passport or Driver's License with them, for identification purposes.

  • In the event of guests losing or leaving with our room keys an amount of N$ 500.00 will be charged.

  • No reservations will be accepted after 22:00 and before 06:00 - especially for walk-ins.

Cancellation Policy

  • No arrivals & early departures - 100% of accommodation will be held

  • 0-7 days prior to arrival - 100% of accommodation will be held

  • 8-14 days prior to arrival - 50% of accommodation will be held

  • 15-30 days prior to arrival - 25% of accommodation will be held

GENERAL T&C'S

  • Booked guests are not allowed to have more than 2 visitors and not past 20:00 or overnight visitors.

  • In order for Masada to protect their guests and staff, no threatening, discriminating, racist, sexist behavior or remarks will be tolerated under any circumstances, and will be asked to leave the premises of Masada immediately.

  • NO SMOKING, BURNING OF INCENSE INSIDE ANY ROOMS/FLATS

  • You must ensure that anyone wishing to smoke does so outside and disposes of cigarette ends, matches etc. in a tidy and responsible manner, so as not to cause a fire.

  • In the event that any guest smokes, burns candles negligently, burns incense or engages in any other activity which could result in lingering odors or staining on walls, carpets or other portions of the rooms/flats, all such damage and repair cost will be considered extraordinary damage beyond normal wear and tear and is the responsibility of the guests.

  • A fine of N$ 500 will be issued for smoking inside the units.

  • Guest will also be held liable for any additional costs of reparations for damages incurred.

Discount/Complaints

  • Our prices are fixed; no discount or re-negotiation of prices will be done on check-in or check-out.

  • No, refunds will be given for unnecessary & unreasonable complaints

Lost and Found Items

  • All guests are advised to make sure that all their personal belongings are removed from their room on the day of check out

  • Anything left not handed in at reception, will not be our responsibility to return or replace

  • Lost items handed in at reception will only be returned at the convenience of Masada. Costs will be payable by the guests before the item/s are sent via courier.

  • Couriers can be arranged by guests self.

PARKING 

  • MASADA  DOES NOT PROVIDE DEDICATED PARKING SPACE

  • Any place/space utilized for parking shall be done at own risk.

  • We will not be held liable for any loss or damages, be it to vehicle, other property or injury to any person as a result of the above-mentioned point or negligence.
